For occasional rituals and small ceremonies, we recommend our handy 15 & 30 gram portion packs, while for regular users, our larger 45 gram packs are ideal. Our incense enthusiasts are always happy to assist you in selecting the right amount of incense and ensuring you get the most out of your experience.
Gathering first smoking experiences: 15 & 30 grams
Regular smoking of resins: 45 grams

Returns & Exchanges
At ODOR AURI you can easily return items.
Please use our " Contact form " and state your order number as the "Request/Subject." Our service team will contact you and initiate all necessary steps.
There is no right to a refund or exchange for opened or used items. Any promotional gifts or free samples you received with your order must also be returned to receive a full refund.
The item must be returned in its original condition and with all associated tags.
The invoice amount will always be refunded to the same payment method used to place the order.
We will process the return after receiving the item and inspecting it through our quality department.
Processing a return can take up to 14 working days.
You are only liable for any loss of value if this is due to unnecessary handling of the items by you.

Defective goods are excluded from this.

Always ask the post office for proof of postage when returning items.
